          You can either send us your modular home plans or sketches, you can request a selection of some of our modular home floor plans or we can custom design to suit your needs. Our permanent show home at the plant is on a full basement and a visit is the best way to see what modular home builders and our company are all about. It takes an average of 6 to 8 weeks to build a modular home in the factory during which time the customer is invited to inspect at various stages. Millennium Modular Homes provides construction drawings for the customer’s foundation contractors who co-ordinate to be completed in time for the delivery of the modules. Once landed a typical modular home takes 2 to 3 days to complete the exterior and interior finishing.

          The controlled environment of our plant protects materials and reduces delays caused by weather. A ridged control program of CSA procedures is in force at all stages of assembly assuring a degree of quality which is difficult to maintain out on worksites. The overall construction of a modular home must be strong enough to withstand the added strains of shipping and placing. The final result is a very solid and superior home.
